"Rick, Vanessa, Clara and crew at Modern Concepts are a fantastic group to work with! We purchased a home in Coronado Foothills Estates in the spring of 2022 that needed a ton of work. Five bathrooms completely redone, kitchen refaced, all floors in the 6000 sq foot space redone (to include a very tricky loft space that required hand leveling), many windows and all sliding glass doors. Modern Concepts did an excellent job of meeting our expectations, collaborating with us on design, ideas and offering many welcome suggestions and solutions. The work was done in a reasonable time, with little delays, and if there were any bumps or issues they were always handled right away. We will continue to use Modern Concepts as we continue to update the house. They have just started work on a separate entrance off the second master guest suite and we are very excited to see it come together!"
