"Rick, Vanessa, Clara and crew at Modern Concepts are a fantastic group to work with! We purchased a home in Coronado Foothills Estates in the spring of 2022 that needed a ton of work. Five bathrooms completely redone, kitchen refaced, all floors in the 6000 sq foot space redone (to include a very tricky loft space that required hand leveling), many windows and all sliding glass doors.
