"Staying at Loews came for the views and room service. My burger is raging flaming spicy, gross and the fries are cold and hard. Not thrilled. $32 charcuterie very mediocre. View from room industrial. Never again."

"I ordered the roasted chicken and was very disappointed in the quality of the food. The skimpy leg and thigh portion had very little meat on it, was overcooked, and very dry. The collard greens were on the verge of being burnt. Only thing good was the atmosphere - a grand fireplace with a roaring fire, which is the only reason I gave them 2 stars. It was late in the evening but that should not be an excuse for the poor food quality. In addition service was not very attentive. Would recommend going there for drinks, but skip the food."
