"How lazy are your retail employees that you can't open the fitting rooms in the morning at 11am? There are 2 fitting rooms at the front of the store that are being hugged. I am not waiting 30 minutes to an hour to try on my clothes. You just lost atleast a $200 to $300 sale from me. This is unprofessional, inexcusable, and pathetic. Get a clue already. P.S I left all the merchandise near the shoes. You can put it back yourself since you don't want to help your own customers because you don't care!!!"

"We went to Ross today. It was a disaster in there. There were clothes and other merchandise piled up everywhere where I guess people had tried stuff on then discarded it. The entire store was in disarray. I don't know if they need more staff or what."

"Friendly staff member greets upon entry and has a counting device in hand to keep track of occupancy. All staff was wearing masks. Social distance signs and markers were up and around the store, the fitting rooms are temporarily closed due to the C V. Stock on shelves seemed a little less than normal but still plenty. Purchasing cues were well organized."
