McDonald's

"It's McDonald's. This one is probably one of the better ones in town. I always go through the drive-thru so I have no idea what it is like inside. Like others have said, they run about 97% order accuracy which is far better than most. Prices are getting a little high for what it is, but that is not the fault of the workers there."

"I went there with my boyfriend , just a little meet out we walked to and it was a nice experience. We used the kiosk, with no issues with the order whatsoever, hot and ready food, and our server was wonderful. I didn't catch her name sadly, but she complimented our matching hats we had on. She was super kind and asked us if we needed anything else. The food came out quickly, we had to get our own drink despite what some people say, I'm used to getting my own drink from this McDonald's specifically, not all McDonald's are the same and it's not a big hassle, we didn't mind. It was a perfect, quiet, and fast experience."

"The girl Amelia was absolutely wonderful, she was very professional. She went about and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. Amelia made a mistake with another customer. This customer was very nasty. She was looking for a fight. She went to the manager that was on this evening and complained about Amelia. Afterwards I that the manager that customer complained to treated Amelia horrible. So I went to the manager and told her how exceptional Amelia was. Do you no your manager treated me ice cold and wouldn't even acknowledge me. I will never go back to that McDonald's and all because of your manager that was so unprofessional. When rated your service, food, as well as the atmosphere was all about Amelia."

"I ordered table service and when the food came that just plopped the tray on the table. And proceeded to give me an empty cup, in my experience from other locations the cup is always filled with the drink that I ordered I also ordered my fries without salt because I have a heart condition and I cant ingest that salt."

"There was no teamwork happening,, but there was a lot of yelling about who did what with something and where Lydia was. There were several people in that kitchen, yet it didn't seem everyone was doing something. It was too chaotic to watch. Guests whose food was EVENTUALLY ready departed before they got their food because it was taking so long. My food finally came 20 minutes after ordering AFTER a representative asked what number I was to ensure the person who placed the order was still waiting. Three people whom ordered after I had were served before me. The monitor above the bagging area displayed "NOW SERVING" along with my number. That was 15 minutes before I finally got my food. Fifteen minutes later is not considered "NOW." My food was lukewarm and my fries were near fried death. I was very disappointed in this visit."
