"Wow let me start by saying if you are friendly to any of the workers here especially if you are white they actually give you a dirty look and completely ignore you. Even the cashier wouldn’t even acknowledge a friendly “how are you”.. wouldn’t tell me the total nor cared to hand me the receipt. I even said “have a nice day” and she started speaking Spanish to the customer behind me. It’s one thing for a single worker to have this attitude but I encountered it with all 3 Hispanic females. Absolutely disgusting that any customer is treated this way"
"Worst people for customer service. If I could do no stars I would. I wont be back ever!!! Worst experience ever. I won’t even buy anything here again. The clothes in the store are messy. When I was shopping I picked up pajamas that were not on hangers and was deciding if I wanted them or not. I spent about thirty minutes in the clothes section and then looked at a few other things and noticed the manger was watching me. I noticed it a couple times. He accused me of messing up the clothes and trying to steal. He said they have cameras. I dont steal. He said that maybe I had something in my purse. I showed him what was in my purse. The clothes are so tight everything falls off the hangers when you try to get anything to look at. They are always messy. He asked me to leave. He was very rude. I left without buying anything. I used to spend a-lot here. I looked and asked for a phone number to complain and he said look it up online. I have photos of the mess."
"I am writing this review at 7:24 PM on a Saturday night. I went to the store because I needed to pick up some things that I forgot to pick up at the Walmart. I arrived at the store right now the front doors are locked and the large sign was off. Tried calling the store there was no answer. This is so unprofessional that they close the store at least three hours earlier than they have listed. I promise you I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate. This is the most unprofessional family dollar I have ever been to."
"Cashier is always helpful and courageous. The staff recognizes you with a greeting on your way in or wishes you a good day on your way out. Nice to have the store as part of our neighborhood."
