"This is the absolute worst ER in this area. There’s only one woman in this facility that isn’t rude and unpleasant. Every single doctor/nurse makes you feel stupid for going in, no matter the reason. I went in the other night because I was feeling like death and when I explained my concerns to the doctor he literally said “I’m just confused as to what your concerns are? Why are you here?” And most staff in the lobby will be like “is that really an emergency though?” They never have anyone in there but LOVE TO COMPLAIN when someone comes in for help."
"The Dr and male nurse degraded me by calling me a Google Dr because I thought my son might have an appendicitis. After CT scans, it was proven I was correct. Then got mad when I verified my sons meds where on file and nothing would interact. Everyone was terribly rude and made my 12 year old and myself feel like we wasted our time. Thankfully, we ended up at Banner Thunderbird who removed his appendix and he is home resting! NEVER AGAIN will we go to this fake ER"
"DO NOT GO! I WAS HANGING ON BY A THREAD AND THE OLDER MEAN (HISPANIC) LADY KEPT POKING AT ME TO SIGN IN.. I COULD NOT EVEN CATCH MY BREATH! DO NOT GO HERE. I WOULD RECOMMEND HONOR HEALTH. I DROVE 10+ MINUTES AWAY AFTER THAT SO I COULD GET REAL HEALTHCARE!!"
"The efforts of the medical staff at this facility saved my brother's life. I'm grateful for everyone's actions. My brother was transferred to another hospital where life saving surgery was performed. Thank everyone at Dignity Health."
"Took my mother here obviously because she’s not feeling okay. And we got seen in pretty fast and took tests. But, one of the tests for a possible problem came back and he said she was “fine” and said she could go home. But did not fix the issue on what she was feeling. And said she could go home, did not bother on looking for more problems. So we left here with her feeling the same way. Would not recommend. They nurses were fine but the doctor just dismisses the issue and it felt like they were trying to get us out of there."
