"I will add to this once we get our food, but right now I'd like to say for you to NOT order ahead of time. Just go straight to the line and order your food there. It has already taken 25 minutes to get an order for the 2 of us. People who ordered the line AFTER we got here have already finished their meal and left. Do NOT order online!! Ok, food wise, we ordered fajita peppers in the burrito, but got seasonal roasted vegetables instead. Horchata tasted like milk, with a feeble attempt at flavoring it with some cinnamon. Black beans in the burrito, when we asked for NO beans."

"Place was empty of customers. Ate inside, was there for about an hour, all tables were in need of cleaning when I arrived, sat at the least unclean one. In the time I was there no employee came out to clean any tables. Very disappointed. I like Cafe Rio salads very much, but their standards have gone down quite a bit. Also, and this is pretty much most places nowadays, when you need to ask to have lettuce in a salad, there is definitely something wrong."

"I ordered 2 burritos and while I did receive the burritos, they did not put extra meat like I asked, and it is NOT sweet pork like I ordered. There is nothing sweet about the burrito, and that is my favorite burrito. Won't be going to this store again."

"I decided to check this place out for the first time with my daughter since I had heard good things from others. We really weren't sure what to expect but when we walked in we weren't acknowledged at all. When we walked up to order, they took our orders but everything went so quick! I tried explaining it was our first time there and my daughter and I weren't really sure what to get. We ended up ordering tacos. After receiving our order I was instantly disappointed! I hadn't eaten all day long so I was too hungry to complain. I had to take out most of the lettuce that was in my tacos because it was too much! My daughter noticed a dark spec on one of the pieces of lettuce and as we looked closer we realized it was a bug! So disgusting!! I spit out the rest of my food and went to up to the manager to let her know. She offered me a complimentary dessert and I turned it down. I was so disgusted that we just left. Then my daughter told me to go back. She works in the food industry and knows the protocol when it comes to cleaning produce. She felt a full refund was owed and I agreed. So we went back. I told the manager we were not happy about the food and she gave me a PARTIAL refund. My bill was $33 and some change and she refunded me $14 and some change. Not a good way to conduct a business. A FULL refund was due! Chances that we will be back are slim to none. What a shame! Gots to do better people."

"Amazing food made right in front of you!!! There was a line that went pretty quickly, the food tasted great! I opted for yhe green chilie sauce, also great! It has cilantro in it and wasn't too hot at all! The atmosphere was friendly and the bathrooms clean. Overall: I will be back!"
