Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Every time we go here, it’s filthy. The counters have smeared food all over them, the portion sizes are super small and if you ask for extra meat, they charge you even though they didn’t give you a full portion to begin with. The people who work there don’t seem to listen and can be rude when you ask them to change their gloves or clean their station as I don’t want to cross contaminate food and get sick as a result. They are mostly young kids and just push you through the food line. If you don’t like your job get another one! I remember when chipotle was a respectable company but it’s gone way downhill. For the price they charge for their food, they should be providing better service!"

"This place always messes up my online orders. Always super small portions and it’s ice cold. I can handle mistakes every so often but it’s been 50/50 if my order comes out right or has enough ingredients. It’s to the point where I pay extra for extra meat and it looks like I got a kids meal amount."

"I ordered tacos and a burrito bowl at this location and picked up in the chipotle lane. It was upsetting to say the least. The burrito bowl had hardly any food in it (including the wrong protein choice) I weighed it because I was curious, it came in at 9oz while the tacos I had ordered weighed 9.5 oz. On top of all this, the sauces I had ordered on the side were not sealed properly and spilled all over the inside of the bag. I’ve attached photos for reference. This is probably the worst experience I’ve had here, I’m highly disappointed. I go to chipotle frequently and I know it was a busy time but the quality shouldn’t change just because you get busy."

"Third time coming here. I used to be a GM for Chipotle and worked with the company for 5 years so I know what the standards WERE. The first time we ate here, the chicken was raw. They replaced the burrito. I figured it’s a new restaurant so things happen and they need time to get everyone trained. Second time the portion for the meat was really bad. The third (and final) time, I intentionally didn’t order the barbacoa because it was swimming in juice. The pan and spoons for the beans were both crusting around the edges and also drowning in juice. All of the hot items were clearly older as they looked overcooked from sitting in the pans and the cilantro in the rice was browning and sticking to the sides of the pans. When we sat down, my fiancé said his burrito was bland. My bol had clumps of rice, wilted lettuce with parts of the stem. All of the juices were in need of replenishment, there was dust above the ventilations, food on the ground, booth seats and the tables needed to be wiped down. There was a man whom I am assuming is an area or district manager sitting with a few employees. I knows 1:1’s are done but the restaurants appearance and quality of the food clearly needed to be addressed and on the spot training/coaching would have been a fantastic opportunity to do so. I don’t go to Chipotle at other locations but I sure hope this isn’t what the company’s standards turned into. Very disappointing."
