"Customer service is very lacking. I was "educated/ scolded" about how to and how not to open their Murphy bed, because someone else broke one once. If they don't want someone to look at their furniture, they shouldn't have it on display. We left immediately after that and didn't look at anything on the way out. Customer lost. Treat your customers with some respect. Lol, I just read the 1 star review below mine... that said "the rude lady with the east coast accent..." yep, that's her!"
