"Daniel is very nice and processional store owner who provides exceptional customer service. I bought a demo costaway massage chair at a steep discounted price from Daniel during Christmas/year end sale out. He and his wife personally delivered the chair within 3 days and moved the chair where I wanted to place in my house. I used the massage chair pretty much every day right before is sleep. My sleep quality improved as i am not tense after an hour session. Unfortunately my chair broke after a month and it no longer kneads correctly. So i messaged Daniel about the issue. He quickly came by to my house within the next 2-3 days to service it and acknowledged that the kneading knobs are not working properly. Luckily my chair was under warranty. He then contacted the chair company and talked to them to have my chair replaced with a new one. Because he can tell I was having trouble understanding how to wrap such a huge chair up and where on earth should i buy a pallet. The next day, he went to my house with cardboard boxes, tape, and a pallet. He helped me packed the chair to be picked up by the freight company. Once my chair was picked up, he followed up with me to see if the company have delivered the new chair or not. I told him if have not heard from them. He immediately contacted the company and within the next week my new chair got delivered. He's definitely more on top of the game than i was at getting my old chair shipped to the company and getting the new chair asap.
