"I’m a chairman and have gambled $265k since January 1st 2024. I’ve reached out to my casino host and the bar managers and no matter how much you spend/gamble at this place, you are treated like a person who spends $5 expecting 10 cocktails. Be warned, you are better off going to a local bar or Red Rock, Palace Station, Green Valley or Sunset station. Been a stations card holder since 2003 and Santa Fe could give 2 ounces of care-even after a complaint. Bartenders tell you the rules…you gotta have a green light to get a comped drink. Never mind that I spent $500 and my green light was on for 25 minutes waiting for a drink. Be warned, don’t invest time at this establishment because Management doesn’t care. I’m very bitter and angry and being told yet again about the rules. It doesn’t matter how much you play here, you will not be treated right."

"Although the Santa Fe Station is an icon in the Las Vegas Valley as one of the finest established hotels my reason for being a patron is primarily for the entertainment and The Chrome show room. I was there over the weekend and saw The Windjammers, which is a six piece group led by Jerry Lopez. The acoustics, ambiance and top knotch service could not have been better! I have frequented Santa Fe Station for its entertainment, food and night life for nearly twenty years."
