"If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would. So unprofessional elliot is ridiculous he is literally taking post from other companies and posting them as his own. He promises $0 down but that wasn’t the case. Told me that delivery would be in a week 1month later I received my couch and the cushion was so flat it went straight to the frame!! I called for weeks and got no answer finally after another week I finally got through he forgot the couch I got… and once reminded was told it’s discontinued and there’s nothing he can do… please if you come across this company avoid them at all cost they are the biggest scam!!"

"When I tell you Elliot went above and beyond to help me get my perfect couch that would be a vast understatement. I previously purchased this same style couch when it first came out years back. I loved it and decorated my living room around the shape and size. After having it a few years there were a few things that I wasn’t completely happy with so I was having a hard time making a decision about a new couch. After having the couch, not very long, I felt like it looked worn out very fast, the fabric loose, and just kind of slouchy in the padding. Also the couch is two equal size pieces, but for some reason it has three back pillows with this weird, awkward, small pillow in the middle that I wasn’t a fan of. Then lastly the fabric also seemed to stretch quickly and just seem kind of loose after less than a year of having the couch. Elliot literally had a solution to each of my problem's. For only $50 more I was able to upgrade the padding to the thickest medium firmness that looks so much fuller and structured in the fabric. He custom ordered the couch to only have two back pillows equaling each side of the couch for no charge. They just used thicker fill to keep the structure of the pillows. I also picked not one but two custom fabrics and different legs for no additional charge. They didn’t have anything in the showroom in either of the fabrics I wanted, so Elliott allowed me to pay half down on the couch and order it. When it arrived, I was able to come to the showroom and see it and decide if I loved it. He promised that if I didn’t love it, he would just put it out in the showroom to sell, and I could order an entirely different couch. Because I basically built the couch from scratch it did take longer than the traditional couches they have available, but when I tell you Elliot was super helpful and extremely gracious every time I called, annoying him about when it would be arriving lol. It still took less than 4 weeks. Such a good experience. I literally could not have asked for anything better. The couch is such good quality on top of that Elliot assured me that the manufacturers warranty covers if the cushions ever start to look out of shape and flat. I could not be more pleased with my couch, it’s perfect!"

"We just received our couch, the process was so easy. We picked out our fabrics and couch in store and we were able to receive it in just 3 weeks. Elliot and his team are very nice to work with. The delivery service was great as well, they brought it in and set it up for us. Very happy we went through V-Dub"
