"The house keeping staff is great. The rooms are clean and kept fairly well. The lobby and entire path to the elevators is filled with the smell of cigarettes and an assortment or various other drug products. For non smokers, it's not your place to stay. You can't eat at the restaurants inside the building because of the smell and purchasing and returning to your room is not much better. I was sick most of my stay due to the odor. The location is great and the room rates weren't bad. True Story!"

"Had a great time at the casino. Good atmosphere down stairs. However the ac in the room has not worked half of the time. We booked through a booking agent that said our room had a balcony with a view and a devider for our guest but got none of that. When I mentioned it at the desk they just kind of blew us off that we had a bad booking agent."

"Not a fan of heights and was on the 32nd floor and must say, didn't notice the height and enjoyed the great view from my room. All the staff was kind and professional, room was clean and nice set up. Will surely come again. Again, my personal experience and while you may have a different one, I would surely say it's worth checking out for yourself."

"The location is perfect. The room was clean, but I had a stain and hair on my bed sheets, and in the bathroom, hair was on the counter. Housekeeping can put in more effort. I am staying here again next month, so I hope the room is perfect. Overall, the stay was great, location superb n for reasonably priced."

"Wow, as a guest, if you were hoping to feel like an after thought. This is the place! Had to move rooms due to cleanliness issues. We upgrade to executive suites, but again we’re confronted by hair in the shower, dirty carpets, malfunctioning showers. The lobby has a skeleton crew, in their absence, we have barely working digital kiosks. No late check out. I put water bottles in the fridge to cool, that was enough for them to charge me 18$ per bottle for them. Cleaning staff showed up at my room while I was away. Which isn’t a big deal obviously, except it was at around 8pm while I was meeting with clients. Seems a little late? They also tripped the lock on the door which required me to run down to the lobby 3 times for new keys ( the kiosks weren’t working correctly). My wife was not happy… Bell service was trying, though. So that’s something. Bottom line, what the hell is the point Harrah’s? Just close and give someone else a try."
