"We ordered furniture in late May 2022. We paid half of the cost of the furniture. We were notified the furniture was in on November 28 and our credit card was charged for the final balance (we were actually overcharged by $247). The furniture was delivered on November 30. However, the 2 Palliser chairs were missing the battery packs so the chairs are unusable. It is now January 12, 2023 and we have no battery packs. The salesperson has said we will be contacted when they arrive. Our patience is gone. They grab the money but have little customer service. And don’t get me started on the scratched sculpture that was delivered and is still sitting here waiting for a replacement to arrive. Lovely furniture but after 3 purchases, we won’t be going back."

"I'm new to Arizona and thrilled that I found Thingz! My designer, Donna, has been very helpful and responsive. I had an issue with our living room rug and Donna researched the issue, talked to the supplier, and arranged for a replacement. She kept me in the loop and always is honest and helpful. I've referred several people to Thingz and all have positive comments about the experience. My daughter's best friend from Oregon was here and fell in love with a unique coffee table. It was the last one and they arranged to have it shipped - it is the center piece for their great room. Outstanding customer service and beautiful products."

"Love this store. Lots of contemporary decor, furniture and lighting. Stephanie was so helpful. She is on top of everything. I bought 2 chandeliers, some painting and decoration. Things that you will not find anywhere else. Need to go back to get my mural decoration! I recommend this store to anyone who love the contemporary style. It’s not cheap but great price overall for furniture. It is very great quality!"
