"If I want to get something printed or copied it's way too expensive. The self-serve area is at least reasonable in price but a pain in the rear end to use. There's only two machines and one of them when I was there was taken up by a lady who was reserving the Machine by keeping her card in it and refusing anyone else the ability to use it while 90% of her 10 minutes that she used it for were actually used up sorting papers and she was only copying or printing anything for maybe 2 minutes at most. When I said something to the staff they just said we'll be right over and of course never came over. So either put in more than two machines or maybe have an employee monitor it every few minutes for selfish people potentially."
