"I took some items in to be consigned. The gentleman I spoke with, wanted me to fill out some paperwork before he would look at my items. I asked why not go through the items first to see if they were something they would take. Took him about 45 minutes to finally go through my items. I was told that they would not take the brands that I was dropping off. Funny thing was three of the items was dropping off, were brands I saw for sale in the store while I waited."

"So disappointed this store will no longer be somewhere I shop. I have shopped at the location on Scottsdale and Lincoln for years. I cannot describe how rude the people working here are. I have NEVER felt so unwelcome In a store. I’ll take my money elsewhere-I love to shop, just won’t be doing it here. The owners should really read the reviews and rethink their customer service strategy."

"Today, 1/20 I went to My Sisters Closet as I have a merchant account and consign my clothes there regularly. I brought items in to learn that they are not accepting those items (pants) at the moment. I have been consigning with this store for well over 8-9 years.... I asked the associate for a bag so I can carry my items (they'd refused to consign) while I shopped their store. I shopped in store for over 30 minutes, almost bout a ~$400 fur then bought a cute ~$70 Escada blazer and left the store. After a few other errands, I was driving home and the store owner called me, angered at a 10/10 and accused me of shop lifting a pair of sunglasses and threatened me! I honestly thought this person had the wrong number! She threatened me with criminal time and police awareness and I had no idea what she was talking about. I clearly did not steal any merchandise! Apparently there was a pair of random sunglasses which must've been randomly sitting there (which is odd because all their merchandise is usually locked up) that got intertwined with my items, I discovered once I got home. I called the owner back trying to inform her that I found a pair of random sunglasses and she hung up on me before I could say anything else. I called the non-emergency Scottsdale police telephone number and quickly drove back to the store to give the glasses back to the store and spoke with the police officer who was very kind and helpful. As this was all caught on camera, it was clear that it must've gotten mixed up with my belongings. How is your disorganization my problem!? There was never an intention to steal. The owner is sadly very unkind, unprofessional, especially as I have a merchant account with them. It would've been one thing to call me and say "hi when you get a chance can you check your belongings for some sunglasses" rather than call me, accuse me, harass me and threaten me with legal action. The officer was amazing, very nice. He informed me the store has experienced a lot of break-ins and robberies. The owner should apologize for treating me the way she did. I understand we all have bad days, especially when your store is constantly being robbed but to treat me the way did, calling me, harassing me, threatening me ... I will be gladly taking my business elsewhere and telling everyone I know to do the same, unless she apologies. I am considering pressing charges."

"I have shopped in consignment stores in so many great cities - Manhattan, Toronto, Montreal, Chicago and Vancouver, and this one takes the cake by far. I was so impressed by the quality and variety of beautiful items. Customer service was friendly and super helpful, including carts where you can hang your clothes while you search. I must’ve spent around two hours in there and bought lovely finds that I’m pretty sure have never been worn. Many items I saw had new tags with original pricing. Loved it"

"Very cool store. Was more than I was expecting from a 2nd had store. Wish I lived local to continue coming in for treasures! I got a nice purse (with orginal dust bag), and my husband got 2 great pairs of shorts."
