"The room was okay looking except there wasn’t enough seating unless you wanted to sit at the 2 person dinner table. Other than that there was only 1 couch. Also, the heating and cooling system was hard to work and operate so we slept in a 64 degree room during cold rainy weather. The tub was clearly dirty (you could feel weird rock like textured stuff when you put your foot in) We didn’t even get a wash cloth. In a nutshell, we checked out early"
"We have booked a room and the power was out for the lobby. It was about a 8 min walk from the lobby to our hotel and we had to meet security because the lobby could not make keys because they had no power. ghetto and you have air planes flights over you and it’s very loud There. Some bugs were in the hotel. The bathroom tub was dirty the couch is hard when you lean your head on it very uncomfortable IT DID NOT FEEL SAFE."
"Came here for the Frank Sinatra show with Ryan Baker and that show did not disappoint. These guys did an awesome job and were very super interactive with the crowd. I loved the whole show. They took the time at the end of the show to meet and chat with everyone in the audience. They are super humble. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you to Ryan Baker and the staff for having us"
"Amazing 4 day stay at this Resort for our Dance Competition. The rooms were extremely clean, roomy, and the Beds absolutely comfy!!! Where we stayed was quiet and kid- friendly. The only downside the whole time we stayed was the 3rd party Van service the Resort has there. The vans block all of us who rent rooms there...preventing a safe way of leaving the parking area. One of the drivers if not the owner of the 3rd party Van service was extremely rude when he was asked by the Resort staff to move his Vans that was blocking us in. The Resort was a= 5+... The 3rd party Van Service = 0- (Rude and disrespectful!!!)"
"The resort was conveniently located for my purposes. While the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable the overall condition was below average. The first day the Handel was broken in the shower and couldn’t get hot water. No big deal they fixed it. The last night the roof began leaking about 11:45 pm. The drip was making me nuts so I asked to be moved to another room. Had to get dressed re pack all my bags. Head to another room and unpack etc for the rest of the night. It was a pain in the butt considering now tired I was. Finally got settled back in to sleep at 1:30 am. For all my troubles they took 1 nights resort fees off my bill. A whole $37.50. The front desk people were very helpful but I felt the compensation was insufficient for the amount of trouble and cold shower I endured!"
