"5 YEAR REVIEW I'm giving 1 star for the commercials. The commercials are well done and pretty convincing that La-Z-Boy furniture is comfortable quality. I, however, have come to realize the truth. Shortly after receiving our new recliner chair and 2 sofas, issues popped up. The sofa cushions quickly looked and felt saggy and under filled. Next, my wife and I both noticed feeling the frame of the sofa in the sofa arms because not enough padding. After a year or so, the main sofa started making squeaking noises when we move around or sit down/get up. The recliner chair was never comfortable for multiple reasons but mainly that my back starts to hurt after a hour of sitting in it. I basically don't use the recliner anymore. The worst part about all this is that an exposed staple poked my wife's finger and made her bleed when looking for the lost remote. And the material is pilling pretty bad too."
