"This was by far the worst experience I have had at this location people. Please check your orders twice before you leave the premises. The staff is unprofessional especially the management. If you order something and they purposely prepare it the wrong way and then laugh about it that is very poor customer service. Please send your employees especially management through a class on how to work in the food industry. Thank you."
"Worst experience ever order a online order said it will be ready 10-15 minutes waited 30-35 minutes because there phones and conversations were more important then all the customers that were there mad because food was not ready . They make people in drive thru park in the front to give them their food and wait forever . I’m sure it’s so there drive thru times are good I’m not sure how it works but don’t come here ."

"I am writing to express my disappointment with the caramel frappe I purchased at your store. I ordered a large size, but when I received my drink, I noticed that it was only half filled. As a regular customer of your store, I have always been satisfied with the quality of your products and services. However, on this occasion, or actually on several others, I’ve been extremely disappointed to receive a drink that was not filled to the proper level. It felt like I paid for a full drink but only received half of it. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that this does not happen again in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. "So instead of a cheeseburger I received a bag of mayo and on top of it my son ate some of his cheeseburger and immediately threw up… not to mention they woouldnt even answer the phone to try and resolve the issue."
