"I ordered the football donuts for my Superbowl party and when we got home n opened our donuts they were so poorly made. Look at the advertisement photos, verses what I got. How sad. . . This isn't the first time either. I always trust that they'll be ok but it looks like I need to check my orders before I leave because this is sad. . . And Krispy Kreme is so expensive for them the look this way. Definitely never coming back"

"I'm always pleasantly surprised with the service at this location, not so much today. It's clean and fresh food. Coffee is pretty good as well. Drive through wait isn't bad, even when the line is long. I never have a problem when redeeming coupons, but today was a little different. I did get it for free like I should have on the app, but the employee didn't want to give it to me. Overall a great location."
"I stopped here (08-31-2023 at around 2:30pm) on my way home after a doctors appointment and I got my daughter a donut because she was being a good listener! now we get home, she excitedly asks to eat her donut because she’s been waiting too long now! I give her the donut and she says “EWW THERES A BUG ON THERE!” to my knowledge I thought she was joking about that but then I really look and there’s an EFFING BUG IN MY DAUGHTERS DONUT. I thought how disgusting?? How disgusting do you guy have to be to even have bugs around your donuts?? To not even see or acknowledge the bug in the donut is just as awful as well.. Totally uncalled for, and it ruined my daughters appetite for her donut which rages me even more since she deserved it and I promised her. DO better, clean your effin restaurant, maybe check your donuts as well?? I will be contacting corporate until I get a sincere apology for what happened to my daughter and I yesterday afternoon! so yes if you like bugs in your donut, expensive non quality donuts and dirty places this is the perfect place for you!! Will not return to this location and I’ll be sure to let many people know!"
