Little Caesars Pizza

"Came here 2 weeks ago did online order and they filled my order with someone else's. 2 weeks later did another online order grab it out the machine and wrong pizza again. Staff is rude, do not care, music so loud can't hear them or the customers. Store management is just as bad. Fire this GM."

"Kudos to the crew at this location. The delivery service delivered our order to the wrong place. I went to Little Caesars to get the order replaced and they were very apologetic (not even their mistake) and helpful. I gave them the name, they looked it up and pulled up the order and remade the order while I waited. I won't name the well-known delivery service, but I will certainly never use them. We were watching our order status on the computer and it suddenly changed to "delivered". We ran outside and there was nobody around, and no food. We promptly called the service. They apologized and said they would refund the order. They contacted the driver, who said it was delivered. Then the service proceeded to say it was stolen, which wasn't possible considering nobody ever knocked or rang the doorbell and we ran outside within seconds of the order showing delivered. Fortunately, the crew at Little Caesars was very compassionate and helped us restore some fun to our granddaughter's 8th birthday party."

"Came in and had the African American women take my order she said it would take about 12 minutes. I waited almost half an hour. She seemed to forget about my order while she flirted with a manager in the back hiding out. This store used to be my go to eating out pizza place till they hired the new people. These managers don’t know how to train anymore like they used too. DO BETTER."

"I ordered online and went to pick it up. I only had to wait around 5 minutes. In that time I heard the staff drop around 50 F BOMBS and various other curse words. Kids walked in with their parents and the employees didn't miss a beat. Really unprofessional. But the pizza was pretty good."

"Had to figure out a fast way to feed 8 hungry cubscouts and 4 adults and the hot and ready was our meal ticket this day! The food was alright, nothing to write home about or even a detailed review but alas here I am writing one to help out others! It was mid afternoon and they were not busy but we had to wait about 30 min before our order was ready because they didnt have any hot and ready made for their customers to take. Bad planning on their part but we were happy to have the meal once we got it. Everyone was happy and once we all ate we were ready to continue our cheerful service for others!"
