"David at this location is the best! We found a mattress for our second home with his help. He was fantastic in his explanation of the various mattresses and adjustable foundations. He explained their guarantee and arranged quick delivery. Unfortunately, after one night sleep I realized the mattress we chose was a bit to firm for me. We went back in and saw David, explained to him we were leaving for our home in Germany and wanted to exchange the mattress for something more plush ASAP. David made that happen and arranged to swap out our new mattress the next day! 100% would recommend THIS location of mattress firm! David was the best for knowledge and customer service!!!"
"Came here looking for a mattress that I saw on a website deal. Al, the salesman was absolutely awesome to work with. He was upfront, honest, transparent and helped us choose a setup that was absolutely affordable and recommended exactly what we were searching for in our price range. Wasn’t pushy or trying to sell us on the most expensive thing in the store and made shopping for new sleep gear a good experience. I chose to finance which was super easy with 0% interest. Plus getting free delivery to the door. Walked out of the store 110% satisfied If you live in or around this location and looking for a new mattress, I highly recommend coming here."
"The delivery of our Mattress and the service was excellent. The individuals were polite and efficient. However, I may say that perhaps they were too fast since I was not able to view the mattress in entirety once they removed the plastic off the mattress. I was able to view the damaged area on the Mattress however, the service individuals were gone. Another comment is we were never given the paperwork relevant to the survey that was discussed with me with the service manager. Thank you for your time and opportunity to evaluate the service.
