"I will do whatever I need to do to avoid using Simon Med again. Not only did I wait an extra two weeks because they canceled my appointment without telling me, but then when I finally did get my MRI done and my doctor received the report. It was written so poorly it didn’t address the areas they sent me in and was useless. I tried calling to ask to have someone else read and write up their report, sat on hold for a long time until someone transferred me to the real Location. Then the phone rang and rang and no one ever picked up. The only reason I gave it two stars was the nice person who put in my IV and the one who did the actual scan."

"The tech that took care of me was excellent. Friendly informative and very nice. Your front desk can use a little bit of training and how to interact with the patients. Customer service is very important they are the first contact. They're dismissive and curt and don't explain anything. Sometimes they don't even look at the patient when they're talking to them. I find that Rude."

"This visit was a lot better than last time. I was only called back 20 minutes late. The lady that helped me with the MRI was very, very sweet. She was humble enough to ask for another person to help try to get the contrast solution into me. It only took 4 sticks. Grateful they kept checking to see how I was doing. I did explain that my veins can be very difficult. They didn't give up until they finally got it! I was also impressed that the lady at the front desk delt with an unhappy very well. Unfortunately, they didn't solve the issue, but she was very kind and apologetic."
