E-Z 8 Motel Phoenix

"Nasty location, nasty rooms, 16 burn marks in the 1 bedspread (in a non-smoking room). Creatures & bugs in the tub & on the towels when we checked in. .. Questionable area of town w/the homeless, hookers, drug dealers, + a wide variety of interesting characters lurking about... Who the HELL actually passes or okays the quality control for this hotel?"

"The room smelt like dog pee , stains all over the bed and floor. A Rusty bathtub. No hot water. No blankets. Bathroom floor had dog hair and toe nails in it. I couldn't stay. I checked out a few hours after I checked in. That place should be condemned and leveled. The owner should be fined and sued for charging what they charge and not shutting down that location."

"I stayed at this location for 3 days the staff are truly amazing! The room quality are great and spacious. The pool was very clean and kept up with. This location has a lot of food options near by. Miss Lisa the general manager is heven sent she went above and beyond to make sure I had a room. There is security all night walking around to ensure the safety of their guest here at the hotel."

"This is not a really nice hotel, those cost money. This is a dive but reasonably clean enough for the price. Staff was very nice. No blood on the sheets or anything. McDonald's next door is nice because the motel doesn't serve coffee. Watch your tires when parking, some nails and glass around."

"Wish I had read reviews before booking a room. Saw a few pictures and it looked OK for the price. What a mistake. The room was pathetic! Rundown and dirty. The toilet was stained and trickled water continuously. Never again!! I will say the gal working check-in was very nice."
