He took his time to listen to what I wanted and needed. He understood my frustration with other companies and he did everything he could to make this experience the best. He made me feel at easy with my purchase and I left there extreme satisfied. I definitely recommend going in and talking to Jesus he is the store manager but works along side the rest of his employees."

"In 2023 my husband & I purchased a new home in Tucson Arizona area. We completely remodeled and used Cabinets to Go for our entire home cabinetry; 3 Baths, Wet Bar, Closet, Laundry Room and Full Kitchen. My experience with the CTG Planning Designer, Lisa was Wonderful. As a Residential Interior Designer myself, I knew exactly what I wanted and she did not miss a detail. Our Order for Cabinets was confirmed March 2023 and had to be Paid In Full Upfront, which was our first mistake, NEVER Pay them in Full until Job is Complete to your satisfaction. I have had my Interior Design business for 20 years and have NEVER dealt with such an Unprofessional Company all the way up to the Corporate level! They assigned us an "Installer" who obviously had No professional Carpentry experience or Certification, all my photos can speak for themselves. After 8 Months of daily calls and Trails of emails with Photos that we sent to the main office, and eventually to Corporate asking for them to send a Professional Experienced Carpenter to FINISH & MAKE THE REPAIRS needed on our home. They sent back to original installer with we did not want him to step foot back in our home. We finally had to hire our own Contractor to Repair the Worst Carpentry work I have ever seen! If you are even Considering using CTG, DO NOT USE THEIR INSTALLERS! It was the WORST Experience I have ever had and will continue to let Everyone I know and my future Design Clients to NEVER use this company. Their Customer Service is Absolutely Non-Existent. Once they have your Money that Don't care about making their Customers Happy with their Experience. We tried for the last several Months to Speak with CTG's CEO and Not One Corporate person would let us have their Contact Information. The One Star I gave was for the Cabinet Designer, Lisa."

With numerous apologies for the issues we had with the [now former] employee, Jesus went out of his way to see that the larger issue was resolved to our satisfaction. Good customer service, that's what I say. And take a look at our beautiful kitchen! I get so many compliments on the Annapolis Blue cabinets..."
