"I could not have asked for better customer service from the hotel staff today and their management. As a business traveler, I’m all up and down the West Coast and sometimes meetings change. It’s nice to know that the folks at Hilton are willing to do whatever it takes to help you reschedule a room across town. oh and by the way, Sarah is awesome!"

"Tried to get info for a possible upcoming stay by calling the "602" number listed for this hotel on Google Maps. The service rep was completely unable to be understood because of her lack of English skill. Had to just hang up."

"Pleasant stay. Room, hallways, facility were clean. Great breakfast. The hot tub was out of order. The only issue would be the hotel personnel. Female behind the counter appeared less than interested in helping answering questions, as though I was bothering her. Overall, she did answer my questions. There is limited parking that must be paid, at the cost of $10."

Very responsive to any questions or needs, and everything from the rooms to the community spaces were clean and organized. Can't say enough - I stay at A LOT of hotels, traveling for work, and to be honest, usually skip over the Hampton Inns as a choice. After this local experience in Phoenix, I will be willing to give the Hampton Inn brand more consideration in the future."

"The hotel was sold out and the room we had, the air conditioning did not work. The head of house keeping, Justin Mendivil actually came and single handedly replaced our unit. I a truly amazed. The employees are top notch and the proximity to the hospitals is great. The free breakfast was lackluster at best."
