I've gone to their store three times to discuss a custom furniture project (and for the cabinet hardware.) I've *never* received a call back. Seems like they do not prioritize projects unless you're doing a full remodel. So unless your buying ready-made pieces from their store, don't bother contacting them for custom furniture pieces."
