"It started last year where my bigger couch started sinking in after a month. I kept talking to someone and months later a guy came out to take pics. He said no biggie we are gonna order parts and will fix it. I called after 2 months and said parts are not in yet. Then I had to call them again for them to say the parts are discontinued but they would order another of the same couch. Time rolled again still no word so I called and apparently I went past the warranty time. I lost my cool and was considering calling the news station and the lady said take pics of both couches so you can get credit. A couple of Weeks Later they actually got a hold of me and told me they gave me credit to go pick other couches out because they were going to come pick up the good and the bad couch I had. They gave me a partial credit so the couches I had before the love seat was a rocker and it had cup holders and a little cubby the other couch had cup holders also had where you can plug in your cell phone. The salesperson took me every Square in the store and anything that came close to what I used to have was going to cost me more money. So I settled down a couch and a love seat with no cup holders no cubbies and no rocking of any of the chairs. I also had to go with the micro suede type of fabric because anything in the fake leather cost too much money. My family has been shopping with them since they open their doors way back in the day. All of our furniture was always from there and we never had any problems of any kind. I was very upset that I had to keep calling them and they kept brushing me off. I don't know if I am going to continue to buy furniture there after what I went through. And the worst part about is one of the delivery guys was very very rude. Was trying to talk to him when he first got out and was in my yard and he kept putting his finger up at me to shush me. Then there was one little spider web on the back of one of the couches and he had to make a big deal of one little spider web. Needless to say I did not tip them and that was the very first time that I have not tipped for workers coming and setting up any of my furniture. Nothing worse than dealing with an employee that you can tell is not happy being at work. Any other time I have dealt with them has always been very pleasant"

"Read the reviews carefully. I wanted so badly to give the salesman some on the job training. Like: Put down that iPad and look me in the eye before I slap you! Polish your shoes, iron your shirt, look clean, smell clean or go home! Try to build a relationship with me, polite greetings and manners go far! Note that I’m holding your Memorial Day Ad in my hand while I’m sitting on one of the featured items at $679, which you told me was $1,700. The Ad said free delivery for which you added $30 to the invoice. You offered your employee discount and the $179 extended warranty at no additional charge. I asked you three times where the item was manufactured. Nothing sells better than the truth. Your promises were not reflected on the invoice. I read the reviews but was lured by the price. Consumers have choices. The sales person never asked how or when I was prepared to buy. My suggestion is work out all the details then get the quote in writing before you give money. I suspect the sales person was recalculating commission and anticipated all my potential methods of payment with his nose in that iPad."
