"Can’t say much on atmosphere as I don’t really go in, BUT, the coffee and service is always phenomenal!!!!! This is my go to spot for my latte! The espresso is delicious and has amazing flavor compared to the “other place” I used to go to. It just tastes good. And the people in the drive thru are always very friendly and kind. They always make conversation. Never had any issues with orders and always the best! Love the points program, the specials they do, the holiday bonuses etc :)"

"I visited Black Rock off Freeway 303 last week and was SO pleased. Today at Peoria Black Rock I asked for a large brewed coffee and almond croissant. The staff person asked if I wanted iced coffee. It was 51° outside , I was cold, I wanted hot coffee. Another staff person quickly got my order, and the cashier *advised* me I would be getting a medium coffee, as that was the last of their brewed coffee. So, they're open until 8 pm, but out of brewed coffee at 3 pm? The croissant was great, but the coffee was cold - not even warm, but room temperature. I was already disappointed in paying for a large coffee and getting a medium, so I just let it go, and I won't be back. I'll go to the other shop. Note: this is a popular, busy shop, with a continual line of drive through customers. Even though all 4 front staff were busy and really moving along, they remained upbeat and pleasant. Nice interior with adequate seating, too."

"Great little coffee shop that is my go-to when visiting our North Peoria location. The service is always excellent and friendly, they are very busy at times yet friendly despite the many coffee orders. The coffee itself is wonderfully roasted, far better than other franchises. Not too bitter with plenty of caffeine to get you going morning, afternoons or into the evening when working on a big project. I especially enjoyed the space as it was easy to find a comfortable spot to work. Highly recommended."
