"It's a ok place to visit. It's very close to scenic drive and views. But the customer has zero control over the air conditioning nor heating. Which is a no no if someone in your group or family has a medical condition."

"We unfortunately could not stay here because the cleaning chemicals used in the bathroom were too strong; we tried airing out our room for over an hour. Also whatever mop was used to clean the floors left behind a nasty smell. Thankfully the staff was understanding and we got a refund. We booked a room at a WAY nicer hotel nearby for only $12 more."

"I like the fact that the room is nice and clean. But they don't take your money out of your account after check out. They have done this to me a few times. So i will not be staying their anymore."

"My husband and I have stayed at this hotel. We don't bother anyone. Every other time we stayed the staff was friendly helpful even caring. This time we paid cash for a month I have a service Dog in training. So does my husband. We always clean up after our dogs, clean our room. Use our own bed clothes. Never have they asked us for anything Jeff is the best talking to us nicely explaining. But according to Arizona law they can't ask us for anything and because they never have we did not bring the as we are technically homeless and don't want them stolen from us like my wallet was the last time I stayed here. So now they want a 100 dollar deposit and I feel like we're being harassed. Since they saw us bring I. Food and drinks for a few days because I'm going to school and I was trying not to have to leave again for a few days to do homework. We haven't been loud or disturbed anyone. The blonde lady seems to have something against us now and we don't know what."
