"Employees were the best. Very courteous. Didn't make you feel like you were bothering them. We stayed on the 21st floor, and they did remodel in Nov it looks great. We needed a recharge from life and the employees at the Orleanes helped us accomplish that. Thank you and plan on staying many more times."

"Very Nice casino atmosphere! Lots of great details throughout the casino. Didn't stay in the room, but broke even on the slots. Great sight to see! Definitely want to go back!"

"Stay was good, had an issue at the beginning. But it all worked out. Somehow, I got a disabled accessibility room and it wasn't compatible with us. The beds were too low and the shower was open for a wheelchair. The problem is when you shower, you flood the entire bathroom and end up making the carpet wet. Pressure from the shower was poor. Customer Service helped us move and the new rooms was amazing. You need to buy shampoo, conditioner and body wash as their products are terrible. Casino is good, restaurants are super expensive, close to ripping you off. Use the hotel convenience store, it's cheaper than you think and of course, the Walgreens is nearby (still need to drive)."

"Not gonna lie- did NOT think I’d be happy staying here, but it made sense for the event we were attending so we “ bit the bullet.” You guys- I’m giving this place a five star review because it exceeded my expectations in pretty much every way. Rooms were super clean, larger than expected, yes- a tad dated…but had great AC and Netflix, comfy beds and good water pressure. I needed a crib brought up and there were zero issues. Quick delivery. Casino itself was also clean and had lots of decent dining options. Great job, Orleans. We’ll be back and staying with ya for the next event!!!"

"Overall was a good experience! Had a little snafu in one of the rooms but they fixed the problem extremely quickly and re-roomed us with a $50 food comp. No complaints at all. Security Melanie Jerry was amazing. She was very helpful and kind. Front desk was also very helpful and easy process to check in. I would stay here again."
