"I brought my truck in due to some shifting issues. The service was a bit sketchy. I was told that I needed a whole new transmission and wanted to sell me a transmission for thousands more than the dealer. Brought it to a different shop that same afternoon (approximately 15 miles away) and was told nothing was needed. The tech said by the looks of the fluid on the dipstick there was no service completed. Randys charged me ~$380. On another note the man at the front dest relentlessly hit on my mother and made her extremely uncomfortable. With sketchy service and the man at the front, I will not be returning to this shop again."

They are not open on weekends, but I don't mind that, they deserve a weekend too. We have 4 cars in the family and will definitely be back.
