"Great service, very prompted and efficient. Joan kept on time communication with us and Austin delivered meticulous repair."
"In September last year I got in to an accident. They told me to drop the car off in October. A week later they called and pushed that to November. When I brought it in Nov 1 a rude manager came out and simply said they can't take it because there has been new management. I thought it was a joke after having the car sit in my driveway for 2 months. He said if we're lucky the Tempe branch might take it. I insisted they did and after back and forth and checking back in that week, Tempe took the car. Now almost a year later I still don't have my car. This company is so disorganized. Its been so long that they have told me 5-10 times when I call to check in that I'm still in their old system. So 10 months later, many miscommunications later, and no car."
"This is the worst experience I have ever had with a body shop. They have people that lie about timelines and updates. When new people or. management take over they don't follow up, return phone calls or have any sense of customer service. My car got fixed back in January and came back with a leak in the trunk.I brought it back to get fixed and they assured me it was. It still leaked. It is now June 30th and they still have not fixed my car let alone return phone calls. They are horrible and get 0 stars. The only good thing about the company at all is their receptionist Joanne. She is wonderful but she can't fix my car. Do not go here!"
"SHADY AND UNETHICAL. PAY WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD SO YOU CAN DISPUTE THEIR FAULTY WORK. I took my vehicle into Kaizen to have a minor dent in my bumper repaired. First, they kept my car for weeks which was a major inconvenience since I was paying for the rental vehicle and repairs out of pocket. Secondly, after paying $1000+ for the repairs, my bumper flew off my car while driving home on the highway, causing further damage to my vehicle. Their repairs didn't even last 20 minutes. When I returned to the shop, they promised answers, but instead they ignored me and contacted my insurance company. When my insurance company contacted me, they told me that they determined that I got into a car accident and that I needed to file a claim to have my vehicle repaired again. I didn't get into an accident, this shop just does really poor work and doesn't care for their customers. I disputed my credit card charges and after months of going back and forth with the shop, I won the dispute. My vehicle is in worse condition after visiting Kaizen. I have been driving around without a bumper for months now and honestly would have been better off if I would have just stayed away from this shop entirely. Additionally I learned that they used old damaged parts to repair my vehicle after requesting the invoice for the new bumper. So why did they keep my car for weeks? why did they use damaged parts and blame me when they didn't hold up? and why are they contacting my insurance company when I paid completely out of pocket? Shady shop that does poor business. STAY AWAY OR PAY WITH A CC TO PROTECT YOURSELF."
"My Tesla Model 3 was damaged from road debris, which broke the fog light, dislodged the parking sensor from the front bumper, and caused some minor paint damage. Tesla's Collision Center had no appointments for over a month, so I called a few places and chose Kaizen. When I called Kaizen, I let them know that it was important to me that the vehicle isn't in the shop long term, because it was still driveable and I needed it to commute. They assessed the damage and agreed to order the parts in advance, calling me to bring the vehicle in for the repair later. In my specific case, removing the front bumper wasn't needed to figure out what parts to order. Per my request, they provided two estimates - one for just replacing the parts, and the other including repainting the bumper to fix the paint damage. I chose the cheaper option and was able to buff out most of the paint damage. They also ordered a replacement parking sensor and included that in the estimate in case it was needed. When I went in to have the work done, I let them know that the vehicle was reporting that the parking sensor was obstructed (it was behind the bumper), so I believed it was working. They confirmed it was working, knocked $120 off of the final bill, and returned the extra part back to Tesla without ever charging me for it. My repair was a simple one, so they were able to complete it within the same day by about 1:30PM. When I picked up the vehicle, it looked fantastic. I figured they might run it through an automatic car wash, but it looked like it was detailed. I had an accumulation of bugs on the front bumper that weren't coming off from car washes, and they were all gone. The paint "popped" like it hasn't since it was new - I wouldn't be surprised if they clay barred it. The interior was vacuumed and cleaned, and the glass looked immaculate. My final total ended up being about $428, and that included a $200 replacement fog light from Tesla. This was a very reasonable price, and as a Tesla owner, it's always nice when a shop doesn't add a premium for fixing a Tesla, assuming we have deep pockets. I wasn't an easy customer - I wanted the vehicle to be in and out quickly, and I wanted an inexpensive (but high quality) repair. Kaizen accomplished both, and the customer service was top notch. Usually I would say "I'll definitely come back here in the future!"... I hope I won't need to, but I'm sure I probably will at some point!"
