"I have a bad habit of putting off car maintenance a little too long because I dread the process of having to schedule an appointment, call out of work, sit in the lobby for an hour while my car is out of my sight. Car maintenance gives me anxiety. But while I was doing usual errands I decided to give Jiffy Lube a call to ask how long and oil change would take-- "we can get you out of here in 15-20 minutes. No appointment." Huh. I'll give it a try. Enter Adam and Chris. They greeted me warmly, let me stay in my car, scanned the code on the door that gave them all the info they needed, filled my tires, replaced my cabin filter that was long overdue, noticed my wiper blade was ripped and replaced it for me, and changed the oil in record time. This was an amazing experience and I'm pretty sure it was less than 20 minutes even with all the extra things. I am so happy with my experience and though this location is not close to my house, I'd drive the distance just to go back to this same one. Give them a try!!"

"Adam and Chris from Multicare Jiffy Lube Store # 1728 on 7065 E. Shea Blvd, Scottsdale, provided exceptional customer service. I had originally taken my F-Pace Jaguar to the location on FLW, where I was told they were overworked and couldn't service my vehicle. They recommended two other Multicare Jiffy Lube locations instead. When I called the Jiffy Lube on Shea, they informed me that the FLW location could have serviced my make and model, but chose not to. Adam and Chris expedited an oil filter from another location to be dropped off while they worked on my vehicle and even helped me get a $25 coupon for my oil change. They made sure to fit me in before they closed and provided a professional and smooth experience. While I had a negative experience at the FLW location, I wanted to highlight the excellent service provided by Adam and Chris at Shea Blvd. I will gladly drive out of my way next time to their location and not return to the FLW location that provided bad service and misleading advice. Way to go Adam and Chris for giving first-class exceptional customer service with a smile and gigantic gusto!"

"Never come here! Worst Jiffy Lube I have ever been to. I came for an oil change and they said it would take 15 minutes. They then convinced me and scammed me to spend more money like they always do and I said yes to get the battery fixed. They failed to tell me they don’t have the part and then I asked for my old battery to be put back and they had broken off the parts to hold it. They then failed to reset my oil life % and failed to tell me that my whole sound system would be restarted. An hour and a half later and I was almost late to work."
