"The worst experience I've ever had to go through with a mechanic, no results delivered and communication was terrible. I wasted over over 7 months waiting on the owner of the shop Corey only to receive a product that was STILL not working. In the middle of March 2023 my Huracan was delivered to them with boot up issues where the cluster was not loading up and stuck on a software updater screen, he diagnosed the vehicle and confirmed that a new cluster would have to be ordered with no true ETA from Lamborghini as it had to be programmed directly from the manufacturer. I understood this was out of his control so we waited patiently, the first cluster was delivered end of may/beginning of June. After a month of attempting to install and configure the newly programmed cluster he finally figured it out and then ghosted me for over a week with no response. After having one of my buddies drive to the shop for me, he finally reached out and confessed that he accidentally dropped the cluster as he was finally installing it and it broke, thus requiring him to order a new one and would take another few weeks until it was delivered.... Who the heck drops a 6k cluster. At this point i gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited for the new cluster to arrive on a rush, which it did towards the tail end of July. Between end of July and all of September, communication was poor, he told me no less than 10 times that the car was finished and all he was doing was buttoning it up, or hanging upside down installing the dash or some random unbelievable excuse... two weeks ago I gave him an ultimatum to have the vehicle put back together or I was going to have a tow truck arrive and pick up my vehicle and take it else where since according to him all he was doing was putting the dash back on for the last few weeks.... Monday October 2nd comes around, he ghosted me the last 4 days , AGAIN, came up with some random excuse once i finally got a hold of him so i had my Huracan picked up. Today, i received confirmation from Lamborghini that the cluster is STILL stuck on software updater, he has failed to provide ANY invoices or receipt for any of the work he claims he did. Take your business elsewhere if you want clear communication and results."

"I have recently done PPI for a Lamborghini Huracan at this shop. It was a very pleasant experience. Corey is a real professional. He did a very detailed PPI. I have never had any shop spend so much time on PPI in the past. Lots of detailed photos. Corey really knows exotics like Lamborghini well. He shared his professional opinion about the car with me and was very knowledgeable (and straightforward with me). The car needed a water pump replacement and Corey overnight it. He sent me photos from before, during and after the fix. He also recorded the video of the car working that showed no leaks from the water pump. The customer service provided by Corey and his shop is on the next level. I learned some details about the Lamborghini build process and parts quality from Corey.
