"I bought a 2004 Land Rover from my neighbor with 88,000 miles on it for my daughter to use for commuting to high school. Although the car was functioning well, it had an oil leak, so I took it to Rov-N-Techs for repairs. Unfortunately, my experience with them was extremely unsatisfactory. I ended up spending over $7,000 on the car, and despite multiple trips to the repair shop, the oil leak persisted, and the engine was ultimately damaged beyond repair. Furthermore, the last time I brought the car in, Rov-N-Techs caused a loud popping sound to occur deep in the engine whenever I started the car. The car had gone from a functional vehicle with a minor issue to being essentially useless. Eventually, I had to sell it for only $800. Throughout the entire ordeal, I felt that Rov-N-Techs was dishonest and incompetent in their ability to repair my car, as they took my money but were unable to fix the issue"

"This business is an outstanding example of what a small business should be and the only place I'll take my Range Rover. Have used them multiple times for any and all maintenance issues and they've been excellent every time. Doesn't have a 5* hotel style reception area or loaner cars like the dealership - but I'm not there for that - I'm there to get my car fixed by Land Rover experts at an honest business that charges reasonable prices.
