"They didn't take time to explain the 3 axle alignment and rushed us out the door. After calling them back the next day they didn't want to deal with the problem. The also charged for items I didn't receive. New valve caps, I kept my old ones. Balance tires I run centramatics, and the front office knew it when I talked to them. So after stopping at a different STM and having them recheck alignment it was out by 11 degrees. Band new tire shot all and all they just tried to go for the quick buck and got caught. BTW over $163.00 in charges that the other shop said should not have been charged. I wish I could have given them no stars."
