"Did some homework online regarding best places to sell my gift cards for cash. Made some calls and eventually decided upon this place because I was given a quote of 80% cash payout for my home Depot gift card. After driving 3 hours to their location from home (way out of my way) because per the website their word was gold and they thrived on honesty... After giving me 70% for my gift card 10% less than the quote I was given on the phone, the employee pretended like he didn't speak to me and acted like I had spoken to a different store and employees. Being let down is one thing but looking customers in the face and lying insana other customers is an another. I hope people have the opportunity to read this review before they go and get ripped off like I did that day."

"Called ahead of time to confirm how much I would get, and was told 80%. Drove 30 minutes to be told by the lacky behind the counter that "no its 76% like the sign(piece of paper on the barrier)" pulled up call log to confirm the number I called was theirs, still would not honor the price agreed upon on the phone. Shiesty business practice to get people in the door."

"Been coming to this place for years and the owner is always super nice and has probably the best card payout percentage in the state. Plus he doesn't mess with change, most of the time he will just round up to an even dollar amount. I try to tell all my friends to come here with their gift cards and I will remain loyal to this place because of their outstanding service and reasonable fees."

"Was in and out in under 5min, sold a gift card and got what I expected which was half it's value, so I'm.... content. Friendly ish staff. Big variety of cards they buy. Best alternative now that giftcard kiosks are gone"

"Cash4giftcard is not the place to go to they do not use your personal information given as a reliable resource they do not contact for any reason which defeats the purpose of giving your info. You have to walk in and find out yourself. I have reached out to them many times before walking in to ask what they offer with the same information given to them but again they will not tell you anything but the price until you walk in. Even if you read the terms they aren't thorough with everything they say. It seems they are more concerned with staying on top of things than working on problems given from the start. They will still let you walk in anytime during the hours open as long as you understand the terms & conditions that apply but again they will not tell you anything else until you've gone through the process with them regardless of the information given after anything has occurred on a higher level of terms & conditions that apply. I don't refer anybody trying to cash their giftcard to go to this location."
