"Now you have to hand over your ID for them to hold just to open the doors to buy beer. Had to wait for 4 people to use the self checkout because the only employee was helping the self checkout line. Employee did not acknowledge what was an obvious attempt by me to quickly hand over my ID so she could unlock the door. After waiting in line, I handed my ID, grabbed my case of beer, and then had to get back in a new line with 6 people ahead of me. Took me 20 minutes when it could have been 5 min at most. If you're going to add this inconvenience to those buying beer, at least be efficient about it. I won't find out if you fix this as I will take my business somewhere else. Been coming here for beer for over 10 years."
"I am in this store daily often 2-3 times per day. Many things give me confidence with security, cleanliness, and amazing service. Justin goes above and beyond in customer service, he helps me with lots of purchase. Justin takes PRIDE in his store and makes sure we all get 1 on 1 help & solves problems. I travel the valley but love this store & especially when Justin is there for the "And Then Some" cistomer service."
"Bear is an amazing employee! Greeted with smiles and a very pleasant vibe. He was quick to help another customer while he was already busy. We need more people like Bear! I will come back just for him and his gentle demeanor, even though I live a closer to a different circle k. That's customer service! Bear made my day. Thank you!"
"On 10/30/21 I went to this circle k. I placed 20.00 on pump 5. The pumped clicked once or two twice then I went into store to tell customer representative. He told me do it again. I waited over an hour before manager to refund me back money or put gas in my car. I also bought beverage that clearly said 9.99 from the cooler I was charged 14.99. it made my blood pressure tree side how I was treated. I am ne er going back to this circle K again."
