"The Dr Pepper at this location has been producing only carbonation since August. I’ve told the manager three times & I have been just dismissed. I hate coming to this location at this point. Had to stop there today sadly and the Dr Pepper still only tastes like carbonation so I told the man at the front again, who dismissed me and pointed out his “funny joke.” Taped to the card reader that said something about why did a blind man go the wrong way. I personally was extremely offended by one being dismissed for over six months now when bring up an issue and two for reading this joke that was pointed out to me by the cashier, thinking it was so funny, not knowing I have a blind husband. All in all will make it a point to not return to this location since there is no such thing as customer service here."
