"Nice people on the phone, but their business model is to send low home insurance estimates to your mailbox and then when you call to get an actual quote its nearly double. When I asked why the estimate was so great she said that their estimate is based on perfect factors such as a brand new roof however I actually did get my roof replaced that year and the quotes never changed. Its a typical marketing gimmick."
