"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE have been with this agent a few years and didn't realize the young lady that I contacted to add my Sons car to my insurance policy wrote the wrong policy . His car got stolen from ASU parking garage and I had to pay $4900 worth of damage out of pocket she actually wrote a policy only covering him when he drives any vehicle . I have been contacting Misty and they keep saying they are waiting on Allstate to respond it's been 4 months . I also decided to check on my homeowners insurance and found out she underinsured my home as well . I have cancelled all policies and WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND this agent . NEGLIGENT!!"
