"They are the worst broker ever!!! The owner Michael has been taking care of our account for several years now and I have been very disappointed this past few years. We are a small business so I guess it is not important to him to take care of us. He has misquoted me which resulted thousands of dollars in loss (that I personally had to pay insurance since we had to get a different insurance rather than keep our old insurance) and they will not terminate the insurance when requested. We got charged by insurances for 3 months in a row because he didn't process our cancelation. He or his office will not respond to my emails or phone calls. They are the most irresponsible, unreliable insurance broker. I am happy to not do any business with them anymore after losing so much money because of them."
