"Rude disrespectful staff. Started being rude to everyone in line and refusing Good rx saying if we had a problem with it to go get in another line bc they were too busy to take it. Many people were refusing already done prescriptions bc of this (and walking out) and the staff got upset about this and was arguing was people that they get it. The guy working got so aggressive towards me I called him out on it and told him what he's doing and how he was acting wasn't appropriate or okay. I asked once, he refused, i tried to just pay and he kept going on about it pouring salt in the wound so i called the behavior out. My poor partners face was completely swollen. We just got out of emergancy and he was in excruciating pain and this is how the staff chose to treat him and i.i was absolutly not going to tolerate that. There were 6 people behind me. Nothing insane. EVERYONE HAS TO WAIT EVERYWHERE. Do not treat people in need and in pain that chose to come to you and support your paycheck like garbage bc you are stressed over a line of 6 people. Absolutly unacceptable. 3 people working in an overnight 24 hr cvs. The manager needs to have a better game plan to have an equipped staff, and the staff they bring in needs to be respectful bc people are hurting and injured and in need. Dont raise your voice and get aggressive when I patiently was standing at the counter being respectful to you and willing to allow you to take your time (even suggesting i could come back), only for you to be snippy and sharp and ugly to someone who is feeling unwell. You disrespect me and or my partner and I absolutly WILL NOT tolerate that. Will never go here again. Even if in dying need. Bc I refuse to support a place who thinks that is okay. I was the only one to call him out as I'm not down to argue I just call it out so maybe you can recognize what you are doing is wrong but instead of an apology he said it wasn't aimed at me in a snappy tone. I said he was speaking to me and everyone in line in that fashion and being rude to me so it 100% was. May not be because of me, but you chose to throw that at me. Never have I ever had a cx experience like this. Its time to clean house! You should have been kinder to everyone in that line! What a shame."
"Well, I hate to be yet another unsatisfied customer but here we are. After needing an overdue prescription filled I called to make sure it’s ready for pickup. I was told it was not ready for refill and if I lost it to call my insurance company. I did, they told me that it should be filled. When I called the pharmacy again I was told that I was given the wrong information and it was another medication. More wasting of my time. Now I am told my Dr’s office has not given ok yet. I was at the Dr’s office the day before while the Dr. sent it in. Unfortunately my insurance has a contract with CVS only. Not only problems with the pharmacy but the store is filthy. Previous customers have complained of no one up front. This has been the case every single time I have been there. It’s not the employees fault. They have obviously been told to do multiple jobs. Prob one of the reasons they put a self checkout up front. It’s now the honor system. Poor management."
"Incredible service by pharmacy staff member, Xavier. He was thorough, efficient, and very polite. Haven’t seen customer service like his in a LONG time. Well done, Xavier, you helped me with a pet prescription…something I’ve never done before. Excellent work and you really made a difference for me. I had never been to a CVS before and this made a really positive impression on me. Thank you. Please CVS give this guy a raise."
"Quite possibly the rudest young woman alive happens to work in the pharmacy here. If you’re reading this review, you probably just experienced what I did and came here to either leave your own review of the same woman or to see if it was only you who experienced it or if there were others that had, too. If you are the young woman who works there and you’re reading this, you should be embarrassed to behave the way you do to people who are either sick, concerned for their loved ones or are looking to you as an expert for an answer. Though, I can’t imagine you’re an expert in anything other than acting like a child. A smile and a kind word (not the open swearing you yelled loudly about a customer for all to hear) will take you far. We had to fill prescriptions here late at night because it is the closest 24-hour pharmacy close to home. I’ll spare you the details of what a simple script drop off is like when someone without manners or couth happens to work behind the counter. The pharmacist simply watched the behavior and continued to work on, not even reacting— I’m guessing because he is used to the horrid behavior his staff displays. And it wasn’t just to me, but the rude behavior was also to a customer in front of me and after me— one of them being a kind, elderly woman. How CVS allows this type of customer “care” is fascinating and very sad."
"I transferred all my prescriptions to this location because the last CVS I was using was so understaffed they would close at random times due to staffing issues. This CVS is getting just as bad. They randomly close one lane of the drive thru but don’t put up a sign. Instead they wait until you sit there and then tell you the lane is closed due to staffing shortages. It would be helpful if they put a sign out."
