Starbucks

"This is the RUDEST Starbucks I ever visited! Ordered off line went to pick up and the employee stated "Next time order here, we don't have time to look for orders!" Then proceeded to hand me my drink closed the window and never even said thanks! Then I return after my work day to speak to the "supervisor" and was told "he's on lunch and has two minutes left, then he'll be out". Guess apples don't fall far from the tree! Thankfully Dutch Bros is close to me, I'll never go back to Starbucks!"

"I asked for a venti caramel frapp and i just for bitter coffee with wiped cream. I asked them to re-do it and had to wait 15 minutes... the blond girl at the counter told me she'd put extra caramel on it to make it up to me. After 15 min i got a small caramel frapp with almost no caramel. The employees were also rude and not nice at all..."

"I have never seen such rudeness in my life with racism. I order my coffee before a group of seven people, and I got my coffee after every was helped and I order a plain coffee . Store # 56488 , and she never gave me a receipt of purchase to complain."

"I walked over from my hotel this morning and was greeted by a beautiful young woman with red glasses I didn’t get her name but it was nice to actually be greeted with a smile & manners. Her ability to assess a situation and deal with multiple customers was great and she was in complete control. The atmosphere alone was so chill I needed it after my days of travel. I think everyone in Starbucks was pleased to have a calm atmosphere. Overall my experience was awesome its everything it should be when you grab a coffee"

"The lady who helped me was super nice. Her name was kalista. I don't go to Starbucks to often and have no idea what any of the drinks are and some of the Starbucks employees get annoyed with me. Kalista was sweet and made my drink super fast and yummy. Great experience. Thanks!"
