"Hailey is an exemplary employee as well as the other Starbucks employees. They were so thoughtful, patient, and friendly towards me. Hailey helped me find the drink that I had at another Starbucks location and made it better! She wrote down the drink with the correct recipe so I could order it again. My regret is I don’t live in the city of Surprise to visit Hailey and the other employees. I hope management appreciates and values employees like Hailey. "The wonderful young lady who helped me this morning, I'm so sorry I didn't catch her name, but she is so AWESOME!!! I wanted something similar to the Salted caramel crunch frap, but hot. She absolutely nailed it with the drink she made for me this morning. It was her ability to create that resulted in such a masterpiece for me!! LOVED LOVED LOVED IT!!! THANKS SO MUCH!!!!"
