"My husband went in at 6:25 to use 2 gift cards and the red haired girl with a stud in her lip said they were getting ready to close and could not make a frozen drink. If you don’t close till 7 she could have made the drinks. We went to a better location and had great service."
"We've been a few times, in person. One time our order was not done even after waiting 30 minutes. We came back after church and 2 hours later and picked it up - even though it was cold. Today we went in person, ordered 2 hot mochas. We had to wait about 15 minutes while others who ordered BEHIND us were served. Then one of the hot mochas came to the counter. I waited about 10 minutes, then asked why they don't just make the 2 hot mochas at the same time? They made some lame excuse like 'labeling error' - WHAT?"
