"The Asian lady at the Pharmacy is so rude look in the system to see who can pick stuff up and has power of attorney info is in their system she always has a bad attitude I have been doing business with this location for years and they know my husband can't come in she was just being a jerk to be a jerk her name is chantrey and she needs to learn how to look things up in their system without the bad attitude she has every time I have to deal with her all the other techs are polite and so is the Pharmacist wow get a new job if you don't like what you are doing"

"The pharmacist on site is a Psychopath. Wanted to charge me over $300 for a $16 prescription because they are fighting with GoodRx right now. He said he knew another discount coupon that he would accept but wouldn't tell me what it was. I had to go to a different Fry's and the tech there was very helpful.. Can't wait for these Pharmacist clowns to be replaced with an app like they should have been years ago.. He should lose his license as it's pretty likely he has murdered quite a few patients with his attitude by now."

"BEWARE! This place is not customer friendly anymore! For at least the last 9 months it has increasingly gone down hill. They WILL NOT check their fax if their electronic prescription system is down. They WILL NOT be helpful in anyway when it comes down to needing a prescription ON TIME. AND if you happen to take meds that say DO NOT STOP ABRUPTLY or DO NOT SKIP DOSES, this is not the place for you because they WILL NOT fill any crucial prescriptions until the 31st DAY no matter what. This is BAD BAD BAD for people who rely on medicine and like to be prepared INSTEAD OF WAITING UNTIL THE DAY AFTER ALL YOUR MEDICINE IS GONE.. which is extremely problematic when this pharmacy ALWAYS HAS MEDICINE OUT OF STOCK or “on back order”. Even when you are a “regular” and have been filling the SAME prescriptions every month for the last 5 years it doesn’t matter.. THIS PHARMACY DOES NOT CARE. —Word of advice if you do decide to use this pharmacy, keep a journal of every negative incident with dates and times. And search google for report Arizona state pharmacy incident. The only reason I don’t change pharmacies is because I live within a mile of this one plus it is within a mile of my doctor. I don’t always have a car because I share one with my daughter so I used to be able to EASILY (drive or walk) to doctor then afterwards (drive or walk) to pharmacy to pick up prescriptions then go home WITHOUT any hassle. We shouldn’t have to GO OUT OF OUR way just because they can’t get their S h ! T together."
