"This place is a Croc! I had to do it... But, really, it's full of cross of all types and sizes. The fun part was picking through all of the croc charms. I bought a few for my daughter. She loved them."

"The closing time on Saturday is 9 PM but they locked the door at 7.45 and the staff (there were 3 ppl) were inside chatting. When they saw us, they turned off the lights inside and outside. We were standing there to understand what’s going on - but no one cared to come out and explain. ZERO care for customers - Will not return to this store."

Rude service when called and asked for a manager regarding my experience she was even worse and didn’t care she offered district manger number I said yes then gets back on phone and says I can’t have she is out of town I said that’s fine can I have it she said no? Which she offered I asked for corporate number she said use google. I will never support this location."

No effort was made to resolve our problem, and the staff's behavior was completely unacceptable. My kids were terrified, and I was shocked at the lack of professionalism. We left the store feeling upset and disrespected. I will not be returning to Crocs and would advise others to avoid the store to prevent similar experiences.""
