"Terrible experience, set an appointment, when I sat down in the barber chair, the barber never said hello, introduced himself etc., instead was having a conversation with another barber on how they put a lady asking for abortion signatures in her place, the two then continued to talk about there views on abortion. I don't care about that, it's a barber shop, but address your customer, I sat their for 6 minutes in the barber chair while they talked, neither said hello to me. The barber then went to cut my hair, I stopped him and asked, do you know what your doing? He said "I'm a barber, I know what I'm doing", but you haven't asked what kind of haircut I want, he then said again "I know what I'm doing. He never asked me what I want done with my hair, it's not his decision how to cut my hair, what if he shaved my head? I at this point said I'm leaving, as he took off the chair cloth, the other barber asked "what went wrong", before I could say anything the barber that went to cut my hair without any question on what I wanted, said "I don't care if he leaves", I was still in the chair!!!! Terrible customer service, guess what, the customer makes the decision on their haircut, not the barber!!!!"

"Originally, Electric Haven was a pretty frick3n Rad Tattoo Shop in Tempe. I myself got some work done there, (RIP JESSE). And due to some really bogus zoning laws or real estate laws , some law involving schools maybe ..they had to shut it down. Now, Electric Haven has been reborn into a Barber Shop with roots in the ink Biz. Tattoo stations were converted to cutting stations, the rest was movie magic history. With my man Erik K. at the Helm, this shop has a long bright future.
